Our task range covers all components required to assure sufficient noise protection in complete industrial plants as well as for individual machines. Our products are designed to meet the acoustic requirements based on process engineering boundary conditions (e. g. pressure losses, resistance to temperature and chemicals).
We also deliver inline silencers, reactive and blow-off silencers in contamination-free design. In order to optimise entire plants and to reduce problems with intersection points, we offer complete systems (e. g. from the start-up blow-down tank to the blow-off silencer).
When working on acoustic problems, very often vibrations and structure-borne sound transmissions are to be taken into account besides direct air-borne noise. Also by transmitted vibrations and percussions the noise limits can be exceeded. However, a sufficient noise reduction is possible in almost all cases. Appropriate solutions should be elaborated in the design stage in order to avoid expensive retrofittings during the operation period. The engineering work of solving such problems is based on our know-how resulting from a multitude of successfully implemented projects.
